We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
3. Ordering & Payment
All purchases must be completed through the Wix checkout using accepted payment methods (credit/debit via Wix Payments).
By placing an order, you:
• Agree to provide accurate information
• Authorize payment at checkout
• Understand that orders cannot be processed without full payment
Fraudulent orders will be canceled immediately.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically ship within 2 business days, with longer processing times for custom note requests.
We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all candle sales are final, except in the case of damage or defect.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos to initiate a replacement.
