We take pride in fast, careful shipping so your candles arrive beautifully packaged and gift-ready.

Shipping Policy - the basics

1. Processing Time

• Standard orders ship within 2 business days
• Custom note orders may require additional processing time
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day

2. Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States only using major carriers such as USPS or UPS.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

4. Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your address is accurate. Ember Notes is not responsible for:

• Packages delivered to an incorrect address
• Delays due to incomplete shipping information

5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is scanned by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

We cannot replace or refund packages that are:

• Marked as delivered but missing
• Delayed in transit
• Lost due to carrier error

However, we will help you file a claim when possible.

6. Shipping Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:

• A photo of the damage
• A photo of the shipping box
• A photo of the candle

We will ship a replacement.
